RSS Feeds
RSS is an acronym for Really Simple Syndication and Rich Site Summary. It is an XML-based format for sharing and distributing Web content. It's an excellent way for Internet users to get updated news content and online articles. The content you want is automatically delivered to you.
To view RSS feeds, you need an RSS reader (also called an aggregator), which downloads and displays RSS feeds for you. A number of free and commercial News Aggregators are available for download. Many aggregators are separate, "stand-alone" programs; other services will let you add RSS feeds to a Web page. NewsGator, Bloglines, Rojo and Google Reader are examples of well-known aggregators. The latest versions of the popular web browsers Internet Explorer and Firefox and Apple’s Safari now incorporate RSS feeds into their bookmark programs. To subscribe to a feed click on the orange symbols below and copy the web address to your reader.
